Melissa Arwin is a character that appears in Wild Arms XF, although she is long deceased by the start of the story, mostly appearing in flashbacks but also appearing in the flesh when Chevalet Blanc are thrown back in time. She is the mother of Clarissa Arwin and a descendant of Yulia, and thus is able to wield Iskender Bey.
